Router not working

Engineer came out as upgrade to super fast broadband didn't work. He said router not working. It only works with an Ethernet cable and not wirelessly. Have no internet now over WiFi. Please can this be fixed or new router sent out ASAP

@williammckayYou will need to call Sky to get them to send out a new router. This cannot be done from the forum as Sky can't pick up who you are from this message. Just dial 150 on your landline.
