Can anyone give me some advice over the last week our sky broadband has started disconnecting out consoles at random times we then have to go in and reconnect we have tried resetting the router and we are on ultra fast 1.

This morning it has started doing the same with our phones

@Natalie5572Does the connection stay up for devices that are hard wired if you have any?
