Hello. I returned my Sky Router around 20th of June. I even got an email from Sky that they say thank you for posting the router. The email came 24/06/2024 at 11:15. I had my Sky App also updated that the router is in transit. I posted at Walthamstow Post Office branch. I went to complain but they said thag its been posted. Now Sky is bombarding me with emails and texts to return their router or pay a no return fee of £53. Very bad customer service. Why they do not use a better company to deal with returns?
