Router not connecting my pc

My router wont connect to my pc, I have tried it at another location with a different router and it's ok , other connections to cctv and hove etc,.  are all fine - any help please Ian

@HbaIan it is the device not the router that initiates the connection so I would double check that if connecting by Wifi tgat you are entering the password correctly as it easy to make a mistake. If the  device connects to the Wifi but no data flows check that the Network properties show the device is getting or using an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254 and the gateway is set as 192.168.0.1.
