The wifi connection to my computer keeps dropping multiple times a day. I have restarted the router several times but it has not helped. It was not doing this when I first joined Sky a few months ago. I have tried moving the router, but as I say it was working fine up until recently.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tomsibley Can you please not restart the router when the connection goes down and run the broadband test to see if it can find the issue before you re-boot the router as this gets rid of the evidence of what is going on with the connection.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
