When you say losing signal do you mean your broadband line is dropping or is it your wifi signal that you have an issue with?
As per @cookiemonsteruk what lights are shoing on your hub.

It shows green at the moment but we are watching something on sky and the next minute it just start flashing Amber.

There does seem to be issues in the following postal areas
