Router keeps restarting itself

My router is randomly restarting itself numerous times throughout the day and disconnecting all devices, then takes a few minutes to connect everything back up.

This started off around once or twice a week, but it is now numerous times everyday. I have done all the tests online and they are coming back ok, (which is obvious as it only does the test once back online!!)

Can't get to speak to a human on the phone or in chat, could it be a faulty router and if so what can I do about it?

@kevin275 any device that starts rebooting spontaenously is likely to be faulty assuming it isnt something like a lose power cable. You should be able to speak to a Sky agent by diallling 150 on a Sky Talk or Sky mobile line. When navigating the bot say as littlecas possible and decline offers of texts etc.
