Router keeps losing Wi-Fi & Internet connection

I have an ongoing problem with the titled topic.

I was supposed to be resolved but has failed again today at 12.55 hours and keeeps recycling.

I've raised another ticket with Sky but I cannot help noticing all the other posts about the same issue.

Is there a deeper issue that Sky are not telling us about??

In fact looking at the time you've posted mine went off again the same time! Just as the main tennis match was about to start! I've had to go back to Freeview for now to avoid further disruptions to the match.

My rebooting saga happened at 16.55 hours everyday for 2 weeks - I checked the router setting via my web browser to see if anything was settings were showing for a reboot at that time but saw nothing.

As far as I'm concerned this is not a hardware fault - it's a line fault but nobody at Sky can explain what is the root cause

I have been having the same problem for the last few days I checked website yesterday and it said there was an outage it came back on for a while then went off again just after 3 pm so I have no WiFi and also no tv it's getting silly now

My router is hard wired from the telephone socket & I have 2 x powerline adapters to provide internet upstairs - all hard wired.

When I loose internet/wifi my router lights goen to one green powerr light only - Thw wifi drops as a result.

My problem is the internet coming into the router drops and as a result I have no wifi until the re-boot cycle completes but that can take 30 mins as it re-boots a fair few times

I phoned sky in the end and they tried to make me go over all the stuff on the website again I told them over the past few days I have done that countless times nice man got me to take photos of my router now have an engineer coming out Saturday until then I have nothing no tv no music and no care alarm
