Hi, my router keeps losing its connection to the internet. I am having to restart the router regularly to resolve the problem. I believe I have had to restart it two or three times this week alone.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
