I don't have any Internet

I don't have any Internet. I have rebooted the router but it still isn't working. Everything on the Sky app says that it's working properly but clearly it isnt. Our Internet drops out on a frequent basis (several times a week). This is becoming unacceptable as I work from home.

@JBowden  Was this the test that you ran from the link below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
