I keep getting the orange voice light appearing on my router. 3/4/5 times a month this happens, orange light then comes on under "voice". This can't reconnect, until I'm home and turn router on/off again and it automatically starts working again. When I'm at home I don't mind this, but when I'm away from home on holiday or with work, it's very frustrating. I lose connection to my heating, alarm, cameras and any other Smart Control. I'm getting very frustrated with this. We need to get this fixed urgently or I will have to consider leaving (and I don't want the hassle) but I need to have reliable wifi at home. It's also dropped off on a few important business calls. Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency.
