My sky router keeps disconnecting from internet randomly, we have sky stream so we lose the tv and the phone line as that's also through the hub. Can someone help as I've done everything that Sky have said to do, reset, turn off, turn back on etc etc. Is there any way its can be fixed or do I need to contact Sky for a new router?
