Re: Router issues
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them so they can look into this for you.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Router issues
Ran all the tests mo issues its a wifi problem.
I have lots of devices and I think the sky router cannot handle them.
Because its an older property with 3 feet thick walls the sky boost is useless and I have BT extenders . These dropout regularly and my devices are unreachable go ofline.
I think the sky router is the source . Even my Hive drops out and its next to the router.

Re: Router issues
@gogsy321 So everything will be Ethernet connected, look and post you stat's up that will show something if external!
How to read your Sky Hub statistics
Or if at the hub level see the link below!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Re: Router issues
@gogsy321 If the diagnostic test did not throw anything up to you then time to call sky and have them run one against your connection, they can look see what is happening to ALL the connections you have!
