Router issues

I'm currently experiencing connection issues with my hub (new style), it will connect to certain websites but not others, such as can watch YouTube with no problems but won't connect to the BBC site just stating there is no connection, it will also randomly lose connection with a network change message. Switching between the hub and an extender sometimes works. Using ipconfig on my computer seems to suggest that there are ipv4 conflicts. I have rebooted and reset the hub which worked for a day or so but keeps coming back to the same issue.
