@Demt149 simply means the connection between the hub and the exchange has been lost. You can run the connection test in the My Sky app but note the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which maybe ran before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
