No Wi-Fi

Hello.

 

I am having an issue with my broadband. Sky have done the tests on their side and saying it all looks ok but I have no internet connection. On the router the internet connection is lit up in orange.

 

I have tried everything with regards to switching it off and on again etc, checking connections and none of that has resolved the issue. 

Had this issue 4 days ago as well but it resolved itself.

@ChrisC97 the orange light indicates the connection to the exchange has been lost. If the test still tells you  nothing after clicking to run it again call Sky to report tgecfault.
