@Elaine73525 run the full connection test innthe My Sky app as if thecspeed to your hub is below the guaranteed speed for your line it should i]offer to book an engineer to check your line. It will also show the history for the last few weeks.
If tgst looks fine tge issue is WiFi speeds in youur home which Sky cannot control you can do a limited amount yourself such as making sure the Sky hub and the device you are using to stream are out in the open not under or behind other kit. Beyond thst assuming the issue isnt other people in your home using bandwidth while you arexwanting to watch TV you need to considefeither buying one of Sky's add-ons like WiFi Max or buying your own wifi kit.
