Router installation

Hi there,

I've set up an account for a Sky broadband, but the flat I'm moving to has got all cables etc for a router set up already. Does an engineer still have to come by in this case?

Thank you,

Lea

@LeaQ

If your area has been moved to an 'FTTP' priority area and the FTTP cabling isnt yet installed then yes an engineer will be required to visit your property.

If not then an engineer will likely only need to go to your local cabinet and not to your property.
