Hi!
Fairly new to Sky (April 2023) and I've noticed intermittent buffering whilst I watch catch up TV and films on my laptop. Sometimes the programme stops altogether multiple times despite refreshing the page umpteen times too which is very frustrating. I didn't notice this at all for the first few months but it's been going on for a while now and I have gone through absolutely every step there is on the website with still no joy. I have Superfast 35 I was assured that would be enough for my particular needs. Could this just be issues with the catch up and film subscription sites? An error code has come up in the past when the production has stopped entirely, I think, but I've never made a note of it. I know I know perhaps I should have just Googled that but it doesn't explain the buffering. Anyone got any clues? Thanking you all in advance 🙂

Find out more@VeganTracie most likely cause is the wifi signal in your home as watching video does not require huge bandwidth - 10Mb/s is ample for HD video - but does require a steady signal and can be disrupted by interference which is a common issue especially if you live in a flat.
To identify the likely problem can you post your hub's stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
