Router has no lights

Just had sky max hub installed 6 days ago. The router has now no lights showing as if it has no power. The ont is fine with the correct green lights but the router is dead. I have been through all the  checks and can't seem to get a phone number to speak to a human 😂. It's quite simple that I need a replacement router. Anyone any ideas 💡

@MalcolmB123 You need to call sky to do it, there is no other way to get the replacement, with your Hub down and no sky talk landline any more mobile is the only way to call them! Post 4 click, scroll call us and the number will appear!

@MalcolmB123 Does happen from time to time, burn in period for new equipment so failures can and do happen, just be careful with the change over, sky does some account control to make it easier for hub change, so you may find it keeps all your setup so far with name/password etc!
