Currently, I have a Sky SR203 broadband hub located in my office. My printer is connected into it via ethernet cable and I have the Sky EE120 booster connected too, giving me a robust signal in my office. As I'm moving my broadband service to NOW, they will provide one of their routers and I'll lose the Sky one. Will this still work with the EE120 booster ok/in the same way?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTheoretically its just rebadged hardware so it should work but with Sky you never know and it may not.

Thanks. I read it's effectively the same router, re-badged so hopefully won't be any issues.

Do not swap to NOW Boardband, it was the worst thing I ever did, they use old Sky hardware, there Boardband service is very poor, support is bad, I was with them for 3 months, was getting 64mbs swap to NOW, I got 38mbs, complained alot had engines out. And it's just NOW there a poor service.

Thanks for the tip! They claim its 64Mb/s download, 18Mb/s upload - are you saying I won't get that?

I was getting 67mb down 16mb up swap to NOW and it went down to -38-48mb down 16mb up just over the threshold of the min. that was my experecnce. yet after 3 months after 4 engineers plus them unable to get my address correct i was able to cancled and then I was offered FTTP.
so maybe my line went bad and openreach could not sort easly
