So my router allows WiFi to work in every room in the house apart from my daughters room. I called earlier and the guy said to press and hold reset on my router for 30 seconds, did that, when it came back on with all green lights, our main tv downstairs is fine and will connect to apps like Netflix and iPlayer etc, but our phones, iPads, Alexa, the mini sky q boxes and our ring doorbells can't connect to the WiFi at all. It says the network is unavailable. I have unplugged it, reset it, left it unplugged for an hour but the same thing keeps happening. He's now set an engineer to come out but that won't be for 3 days.
All the lights on the router are green and the main tv is working, it's everything else
