Discussion topic: My sons are struggling saying we have no internet upstairs in the their bedrooms like they used to.

we have a main black box downstairs and and white extra box outside boys bedrooms upstairs. This week they re really complaining the Internet is rubbish. It throws them out of games and freezes.

Please help.
