Router delivery

I have placed an order with sky and am awaiting delivery of my router and then an engineer is coming out on the 17th of July. I placed this order on the 23rd of June and still haven't received my router. 

Is this normal?

@KieranHealy If you have a confirmed activation and install date then the hub is shipped to arrive a couple off day's before that date.

You will be able to keep any eye on it via your orders section on your account and also the tracking notification when sky send it to you!

Yes as the hub is timed to arrive a few days before your activation date. They are delivered by Royal Mail.
