Lack of service and failure of promises

It is coming up to month of lack of service work.  I am on my fourth router and my second puck in that time. 
Sky promises to call me back and promise me a lot of other things but they never materialised. 
Also there is a big blame game of ping pong Sky against Openreach. The Customer is not regarded as important in this game and hide behind the internet and not direct

Yes I have and it seems that you have to be compliant to get anything done.  With being online  the service agents can only follow what their computer says.  
I have had to chase sky to get anything done even to the point where they say that they have received your complaint.  Call us when we can assist you to sort it out
