Hello, I've been having connection issues. Our laptops and mobile phones constantly are losing connection to the wifi. When I re-connect to the wifi on my mobile phone after a minute or so it disconnects. We didn't have these issues at the beginning of the new contract, but last week's connections have been extremely unreliable. we haven't changed anything in our household. I'd be grateful for the advice and solution to resolve my connection problems.

Did you try running the connection test & diagnostics in the My Sky app?
