Router broken. Will not switch on

In the absence of any sensible help being available through the website (i.e being able to talk to a human being) I am posting here as the bot advised me to do.

 

My router will not turn on. Does not light up. Does not turn on when i switch plug sockets, all sockets tested work fine with other plugs. Do not have a replacement power cable to test.

 

So either router is broke or power cable is broke. Either way I need to speak to a person.

@Denethorwasrigh call Sky and report the issue they will send you a replacemrnt. When calling do not accept the bots offers of help but remain online to speak to an agent.
