Ring doorbell causing WiFi dropiut

Since I had a ring doorbell installed a couple of weeks ago, everyone in the house has noticed really slow WiFi or dropping out frequently. I have the fastest package from sky and never had problems before the ring doorbell. Is this common? Is there a fix? Just wondering if others experienced this or if my issue is unrelated to the ring

@themanc55 Have a look on your ring app, front door settings, device health and say what your Signal Strength RSSI value is at!

@themanc55 You are on the hairy side for ring lower RSSI takes it way better, current value on mine 42, but had to fit a powerline to stabalise it, what sky Hub do you have it all connected too, see the link below if not sure about hubs!.

Re: Ring doorbell causing WiFi dropiut

I have the sky Max hub.

The doorbell seems fine, I just don't understand why my WiFi in the rest of the house now is terrible.

If I do a test on the broadband everything comes back as fine, but it's not sadly

@themanc55 If you suspect that it is the ring doorbell, turning the three options off, Ring allerts, motion detect and motion alerts!, see what happens then!
