No internet after services restored
My internet got restricted due to payment issues, I have now made the payment and reinstated services but am connected to broadband with no internet still: all the lights are green and everything should be good to go but no internet connection in any device and sky have been pretty useless telling me it is working when it isn't

@AbbeyV33 All kinds off rules about late payments, and cleared time etc! So you either wait for the connection again, or call sky to see if/when connection will be fixed for you!

There saying it's been restored and no issues there end I should have a connection but I don't

@AbbeyV33 Try switching the hub off for 5 minutes, then back on!
