Ring door bell

Joined aky broadband yesterday well moved house 

And my ring door bell is very poor quality its in the front Porch and my router is placed inside the house so I would say 0.5meters away I've even placed it on top of the router to test and the Quality is shocking I'm on around 140meg when I check on my phone yet the video Quality is so pixelated and there's a massive delay when some one presses the door bell 

any help please
