Wifi cutting out

Hi - our wifi keeps randomly cutting out for a few mins. Since 10:30am, it has cut out 4 times. Anyway to fix it, tried the usual check connection via the app.

Wifi is intermittent - unreliable ... cannot get hold of anyone.

I have the same issue all the time. I am paying for gigafast and getting over 640mbs to my router apparently,  but I'm only getting about 10mbs to my computers and phone via WiFi. 

it's a shocking connection. 

can never get hold of anyone to help me out.

WiFi is diabolical keeps on cutting out,not getting the speeds I'm 

paying for,absolute joke sky should be ashamed

no they dont its a public where most contribution is via other customers, not Sky reps.
