Ring door bell won't connect

Had sky fibre broadband installed a couple of months ago and haven't been able to connect the ring door bell to the WiFi. Been with Virgin previously for over 10 years and no problem 😡

Ring doorbells require the wifi bands 2.4 and 5ghz to be seperated so it can see the 2.4 band . Follow the steps below relating to the black hub and then make sure any mobile device is on the 2.4 band

Re: Ring door bell won't connect

@Tracey_s Always had my bands separated and the ring door bell connected on the 2.4Ghz band along with the Ring Camera's, had a weak wireless signal at the doorbell so sorted it out with a wi-fi powerline adapter to get the doorbell rssi down to 40, never had an issue for years doing so.
