@Nickle42 are your Ring products connecting but then losing connection or never connected at all. Some older Ring oroducts have issues connecting to dualband SSIDs. If as it sounds like you havectge new Wifi Max white hub tge process is to temporarily turn off the 5GHz band using the My Sky app tgen connect the devices using the app then switch the 5GHz band back on. For other hubs use these instructions Split Sky WiFi bands

Hello

this change over to sky has been very stressful and I'm am very sorry I changed over

the black router was useless and the white max WiFi hub has many problems I am disappointed that the unit wpa2 is not compatible with most smart switches or ring devices either nothing works all my ring equipment is new but will not connect the sonoff switch's won't connect and many othe makes are the same the WiFi network is terrible

@Nickle42  I have new White Sky Hub but don't have any issues with my two Ring Devices and they connected to it fine.

@Nickle42 if you have Sky's Wifi Max bundle simply call Sky and book an enginer to come out to sort your wifi for you. The default Wifi security setting on the white Wifi Mx router of WPA3-T is compatable with most Wifi devices that support WPA2 certainly none of my own devices refused to connect.

@Nickle42 if you buy Wifi Max service, which is the only normal way to get the SR213 white, hub Sky will send out an engineer if you are having wifi issues.
