Recently changed my sky router & now my ring chime won't keep its connection
the door bell is fine just the chime connects then goes off line after a short time
any help would be appreciated

Have you set it up with the new wifi password on the ring app :-

Yes used new Wi-Fi details the door bell/ camera is fine never drops off but the chime Connects for a short time then just starts flashing it's offline
tried different outlets and it's in the same room as my router just won't stay connected 🙄

When you rec'd the new router did you seperate the wifi bands
