Ring and House alarm app not working

Hello, I'm in Tenerife and my Ring app and house alarm app are showing as not connected to WiFi. Is there any issues with my Wifi? This is very u usual and worrying. Thank you .

Quite possibly, but neither anyone in this forum or anybody at an ISP can do anything about that.  The broadband circuit to any domestic address is inherently vulnerable, as is the router itself because there's no redundancy in either cabling or power supply.

@Moorezo9 you can try running the My Sky app and the service checker to see if thst shows anything. However if it does there is nothing that can be done remotely to restore the service other than hope if there is an area fault it is repaired .

@Moorezo9

Unfortunately it's unlikely that Sky would agree to book any Openreach attendance if there's no-one at the address to carry out basic troubleshooting and provide access.  As @Chrisee indicates, if it's an area outage rather than an individual circuit failure then you might hope for service to be restored remotely.
