Sky set us up with miniboxes to extend our wifi throughout the house. The minibox in question is in the area I work, and I recently began experincing a loss of internet. The minibox sits about 2 feet from my laptop. I have to reset (using the button on the back) the minibox at least once per day. I have not recently moved the minibox. It has been in the same location since install. Once I rest it, I am fine for awhile, then it drops out again. Super frustrating when in a meeting.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Davis616 the issue is likely to be with the Q mini box's connection back to the hub. You could ask Sky for a booster but trying to work while using a daisy chain of connections isn't really sensible. Where I had issues with a Q mini I used a powerline networking set upmto improvecthe connectivity. These use your homes mains wiring toncarry the data.
