Returns

Hi got email saying i will be getting a returns packaging to send back a router and a sky booster the problem is I.v never had a sky booster

It's a standard email. If you don't have a booster it won't show on your account, so don't worry. Just send back the router.

The usual reminder applies… keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart are taking a couple of weeks to process returns and even then aren't very efficient in telling Sky they've had it back.
