Returns clarification

I'm leaving and had BB, TV in two rooms and a booster. I've had an email saying to return the Hub 4.2 but nothing else. I have had 1x return envelope but I can't see much will fit in it. Will I get separate emails for all 4 pieces of equipment and get 4x returns boxes in total? Is the Hub 4.2 the main BB box we used?

Oh yes that takes me to a great page. Thanks. It only has two parts, TV (not yet dispatched) and BB which says delivered today. I'll send bk the BB main box in the envelope I have. If I don't hear anything about the booster I'll have to call them.

As all the equipment has to be returned I would have thought more returns packaging will be on the way so does anything show here for you:

They will want the booster back so you can return it yourself by any packging you have got or can get and then pribt your own label here:

It might be worth taking a photo of it in the return box and keep and also when returningthese devices add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included and make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
