@laurenbh1If you need to contact Sky this can be done by dialing 150 on your landline, when asked the nature of the call say " Return Sky equipment ". But if this does not get you through to speak to someone, you can try again by saying " Technical ".

Do not hang up even when asked to do so and stay on the line.

If someone has helped give them Like.

Re: Returning sky broadband hub plug

Do I have to return the plug too? It doesn't fit in the box.  Thanks

@Diana+N

You can print off the labels for the returns by clicking here

Not 100% sure if you'll get away with not sending the plug back too.

@Sky+return

You aren't telling Sky anything here as we are customers like you. If you are getting reminders to return equipment you should ring Sky. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting.

Re: Returning sky broadband hub

I have received a flat-pack box to return my gun in... but I have the original box for the hub.

so do I just abandon the better packaging and throw it into the crap box?

surely this is one of the occasions where I should have got a bag instead?

seems daft to have bespoke packaging for it which I can't use to return it in.

I'm sure they're saving money somewhere... but it would also surely be better to get kit back that still works and could be reused... I'm not convinced that will be the case here.

@No12

The thing is we usually state that if the packaging hasn't arrived you can use any packaging as long as it's secure. Whatever packaging you end up using you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included.

Remember … Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
