But if this does not get you through to speak to someone, you can try again by saying " Technical ".
Do not hang up even when asked to do so and stay on the line.

You aren't telling Sky anything here as we are customers like you. If you are getting reminders to return equipment you should ring Sky. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting.

I have received a flat-pack box to return my gun in... but I have the original box for the hub.
so do I just abandon the better packaging and throw it into the crap box?
surely this is one of the occasions where I should have got a bag instead?
seems daft to have bespoke packaging for it which I can't use to return it in.
I'm sure they're saving money somewhere... but it would also surely be better to get kit back that still works and could be reused... I'm not convinced that will be the case here.

Whatever packaging you end up using you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included.
