I am in the process of cancelling Sky broadband however the email states that I need to return the Hub (which I received from Sky) and a Booster (which I did not receive). Has anyone else had this issue?

I phoned Sky and the very helpful person confirmed that I don't have a booster and assured that I will not be charged for failing to return a booster I did not receive.
