Return wifi pods

Hi, I have Sky Max white router and its working ok at the moment, when I first had it installed I had 2 wifi pods and then an engineer out to help me set them up, he could not get them to work and I have tried a few times since BUT they are useless, keep flashing all the time, unable to connect to the hub etc.

I have now bought and installed a non Sky wifi extender which set itself up in minutes and works great.

I want to return these useless pods to SKY as they are just taking up space, but also want it recorded that I have returned them so I dont get charged if I ever leave SKY and asked to return them, can anybody help me, thanks

Re: Return wifi pods

@Noopy66 You would be better to just keep them safe and return at the end off the contract, you do not want to flag up anything else by doing what you have done!

@Noopy66  Give Sky a call and ask them to send out returns packaging for them and this way it is logged on the system. When you do send them back keep hold of the paper receipt as prrof of posting in case they try to charge you for non-return.

If someone has helped give them Like.
