I paid my bill yesterday but my wifi still isn't working? Why is this?

@Em23 payments have to clear tgrough the banking system before services are restored and if you were asked to set up a new regukar payment system tgat needs to be confirmed which usually takes a few days.

And, if your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.
