Resetting 2 or 3 times in a week my broadband dont work

Please fix this issue or i will cancel this contact as its not fulfilling the requirement its pointless im paying bill if my connection goes bad 2 or 3 times a week in the night

@Bossamir Sky and Openreach do their routine maintanance and upgrade work between midnight and 5am just like every other ISP so if your line is dropping then there is nothing you can do about it as no isp guarantees 24/7 connectivity. Moving is pointless as every network I have ever seen does thst kind of work overnight

However if you line is dropping (i,e, the hubbs LEDs showca lost connection)  earlier than midnight then there coukd be a fault howevercwhether or not Openreach will do anything if Sky reportvthe issue tomthem depends on the severity of the issue. If you post your Sky hub's stats forum members can advise you see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
