@Emmsb if you have the new White Sky hub and there is not an entry for the Sky Max hub in the My Sky app after you have signed out and signed back in again give Sky a call so they can sort it, the black hubs use the following method https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
