Reschedule engineer visit

Hi,

I have no connection at all.

Please I would like a rescheduled visit from an engineer as soon as possible.

@Armanto  This is a customer helps customer forum, we can't reschedule any engineers, you'll need to log into your Sky account or the Mysky app.

 

However it's likely you won't be able to bring the appointment forward to an earlier date as you'll have been given the earliest one available.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I am a sky broadband account holder, l have booked a appointment regarding my house change to new house ,due to some reasons there is some delay and I want to reschedule the appointment
