Broadband keeps dropping

 Could someone please help me? I know we do not have the fastest of connections, 3.1MPS on a good day, as we are still on overhead BT lines and we live quite rural. Over the past couple of days our Broadband keeps dropping and then reconnecting. I have followed the instructions on how to get my router stats and I have posted them below. Could someone tell me if it's the router that needs updating please? I am on the verge of signing for Starlink as we have no date of when Fibre will be available.
