Request to return booster 4
I've recently left sky and I have now received packaging from Sky and they have requested I return my Booster 4. I cancelled my booster almost a year ago and have no idea where the booster has gone. Why didn't sky request my booster 4 when I cancelled the subscription to it all that time ago. Why do they want it now? I don't want be charged for this

Re: Request to return booster 4
@RachelSaunds You will be charged, as long as you had a service broadband ((does not matter if the Booster package)) was cancelled you where entitled to keep hold off the sky booster and use it, as soon as you cancelled then they want it back as all sky equipment is loaned to you and noy yours to keep, so best find it or pay the never ending charge!

Re: Request to return booster 4
Thanks for the info
Never ending charge?
im no longer with sky and don't need the booster..... it wasn't very useful in the first place. I genuinely don't think I have the booster anymore.

Re: Request to return booster 4
@RachelSaunds You would be best to talk with sky, it will not go away, they will take the money whatever way they can and if it goes debt collection then a world off hurt! Wether you have it or not is irrelevant, you got it you do not own it and it belongs to sky plus they want it back! Cannot find the non return charge used to be listed once upon a time, but will be up around the £80 mark i would think!
Found it at last! not so bad only £33...
Charges for not returning Sky equipment | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
And the never ending is below for you!
Good to know: Paying a Non-return charge doesn’t buy the equipment; it’s just a cost for not returning. It will still be Sky owned and we’ll still want you to return it.

Re: Request to return booster 4
@RachelSaunds in practice despite the warning once you pay the non-return charge Sky should not chase you as they recognise kit gets lost. What they are trying to stop is their kit ending up on eBay.
