Request additional pod

The pod provided has increased the signal strength and stopped the drop outs in one area of the house but I need additional ones in order to completely cover the property

@Jellypanther Sky usually want to send out an engineer beore issueing additional pods. Your first step is to talk to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi Chrisee, is there any chance you could escalate the same issue for me please. I have been searching all over to try and get contact details.

I have one pod that has sorted one black spot but am also not receiving very strong WiFi in another area of the house.

Hi I've just had sky gigabit fibre max fitted today and my Pod hasn't came ..I was supposed to get with my router and in two of my rooms I can't get WiFi .any help would be great.
