Request a max pod

I have the subscription that allows me to request a number of max pods to get signal through the house. I have one, I want to get a second one as I have no signal in my kitchen. 

how do I request one? I've just spent half an hour with the AI bot and navigating phone menus trying to speak to a human. I'm entitled to one in my package but they're making it very difficult to ask for one.

@Joebobs You will need to persist on the sky call line to get someone to speak with, and take it from there.

When you ring sky and they say that they have  sent a like is that all or do you  want  to  use  it  i can't  remember  which one it is just say no and you should  get through to  an advisor to speak to
