@claude76
If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Sky don't use email for what you're hoping for.
If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. Remember that if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges.
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Re: get out of contract
You have to submit a complaint to Sky and allow 8 weeks for it to be resolved or a deadlock letter being issued before taking it further.

Re: get out of contract
@claude76 If your issue is WiFi related then that's not a Sky issues unless you pay for WiFi Max, and even then all Sky will do is offer boosters or a refund of one month's subscription cost.
Run the connection test and if it finds an issue it may offer the chance to book an engineer, if it doesn't find fault then you will have trouble cancelling without penalty if your within a minimum term.
